Spain is home to some of my fondest memories. In April of 2012, I was super fortunate to get the opportunity to walk El Camino de Santiago de Compostela, over 500 miles from the French border to the west coast. The history is so rich here, and the Spanish definitely have it right when it comes to lunch portions and siestas! ¡Me falta España de vez en cuando!
